Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. Every bottle is genuine and ships sealed in its original packaging. Every order is covered by our money-back authenticity guarantee.
Why are you cheaper than retail stores?
We're the wholesaler. We sell direct from our warehouse without the retail markup, and our sets combine full-size bottles you'd otherwise buy separately.
Are the gift sets made by the brands?
No. Our sets are curated by BRND COLLECTION: genuine, separate products from their manufacturers, paired and gift-boxed by us. They are not official brand collaborations.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship by ground from New York. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout, before you pay.
Can I ship directly to the recipient?
Yes. Add a message card and we'll hide prices on the packing slip.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Turn it on for any fragrance and we'll send a refill every 3 months at 10% off. Skip, swap or cancel anytime.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, split any order into 4 interest-free payments with Klarna or Afterpay at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened items are never accepted. The customer pays return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective item), in which case we cover the return shipping. See our Returns Policy for details.
