Last updated: October 28, 2026
This policy explains how BRND Collection, operated by BRND Scale LLC, 2 Stysly Ln, Spring Valley, NY 10977 ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal information when you visit this website or buy from us.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, the items you order, gift messages and recipient details, and anything you write to us.
- Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe. Your full card number goes straight to Stripe and is never stored by us. Stripe may share limited details with us, such as card type, the last four digits and billing ZIP code.
- Information collected automatically: your device and browser type, IP address, approximate location based on IP, pages you view, the site that referred you, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including order confirmations and shipping updates.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To send marketing emails if you sign up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the store, and only what they need to do their job:
- Stripe, to process payments and help prevent fraud.
- Our email provider, to send order confirmations, shipping updates and, if you sign up, marketing emails.
- Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics), to measure site traffic and performance.
- Shipping carriers and shipping software, to deliver your order.
- Our website host, which serves and protects this site.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or prevent fraud, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell your personal information. If we start using advertising cookies or pixels that count as "selling" or "sharing" under state privacy laws, we will update this policy first and give you a way to opt out.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use:
- Essential cookies and local storage, which make the site work, such as keeping items in your bag and remembering your light or dark theme.
- Analytics cookies, which tell us how visitors use the site, in aggregate.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site, like the bag and checkout, may not work.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

- Not be treated differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email [email protected] or call 845-371-2684. We will need to confirm your identity before acting on it. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and card payments are handled by Stripe. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
